Yes. We keep consultation slots to 20 minutes. Even if a previous appointment runs over, we won't keep you waiting without notice. If there's a significant delay, we call ahead.

Package contents and pricing are shared line by line on the website and via WhatsApp. No extra charges arise at the appointment. We don't pitch add-ons during your visit.
The vast majority of routine tests are ready the same day, at the latest the next day. For urgent markers, we deliver results within 2 hours. You receive an SMS when they're ready.
Yes. The physician's name and specialty are stated in your appointment confirmation. We won't redirect you to a different doctor; if that ever becomes necessary, we'll let you know first.
