Why is a clinic visit so stressful?
When we opened in 2016, one observation drove us: patients were given appointment times but left waiting for hours; their physician changed; the price was unclear; results disappeared.
We focused on fixing those four problems. We kept appointment slots at 20 minutes; we named the physician in advance; we put the price in writing from the start; we uploaded results online and notified patients by SMS.
