Fees, estimated timelines and the real risks in your file are shared in writing at the first meeting. If your matter is not right for us, we say so.

Yes. At the first consultation we hear your case, review the legal position and tell you plainly whether it is right for us. No fee is charged until an engagement letter is signed.

The Minimum Attorney Fee Schedule forms the basis; a fixed or proportional fee is agreed depending on the nature and complexity of the matter. All items are in the written agreement: no surprise additions.

Attorney-client confidentiality is a legal guarantee; what you share does not leave the firm. Your data is used solely for your matter under applicable data protection law.

An exact timeline cannot be given; court workload is the decisive factor. But we share openly the average duration for similar matters and the factors that affect it at the first meeting.

No. We focus on five areas: commercial, real estate, family, employment and criminal law. If your matter falls outside these, we refer you to a colleague who specialises in that area.

In employment and commercial disputes, mediation has become a procedural requirement; it must be attempted before filing. In family cases it is optional. We evaluate together which route is better suited to your situation.
