  • The information architecture follows the room, not the brand: floor, wall, ceiling, window and outdoor.
  • 108 sample chips and 42 surface samples, every one from the company’s own catalogue. Not a single stand-in image was used.
  • Information the company has not confirmed does not go on the site, and group-scale figures are attributed to the parent company.
  • Contrast was measured rather than eyeballed, and verified across every route and viewport.
  • An independent design review before publication, with every confirmed finding closed.
