A command panel with three tiers of authority: province teams, regional coordinators and central control.
A data-protection layer: versioned notices, recorded explicit consent, and a route to withdraw it.
Health data is held under its own consent and its own access regime.
Search planning: a search area is divided by team capacity and handed to the field teams.
Roster and resource tracking for teams, vehicles and qualifications in one place.
The public website was rewritten from scratch; legacy links were preserved and every image cleared before publication.
