WHAT WE BUILT

• What we built

  A management panel that gathers the weekly report of fifty-five branches in one place and tracks them at province, regional and head-office level.

• What it does

  Head office sees on one screen which branch has reported, which is late, and where each branch stands against the others. All eighty-one provinces on a map.

• The problem it solves

  Collecting scattered weekly reports by hand and controlling who may see what. Now everyone sees only their own scope: a province head sees the province, a regional coordinator the region, head office everything.

• Handover

  Authority boundaries were penetration-tested before delivery; handed over with a forty-screenshot verification archive.
