What exactly does SilverOps do?

SilverOps is an İstanbul-based AI automation and custom software agency. We build the systems that run a business's customer communication and operational flow end to end: WhatsApp and voice AI assistants, lead capture and conversion flows, integration into existing software, and custom web. It is not an off-the-shelf subscription service but a system built into the business that works on its behalf.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is fixed and package-based. The packages have a defined scope; the right one is confirmed in a short discovery call and the price is shared transparently. It is not hourly or open-scope; you know what you are getting from the start.

Will the WhatsApp assistant connect to my existing systems?

Yes. The system is built on the official WhatsApp Business API and integrated into your existing software such as calendar, CRM, booking, or inventory. The goal is not a separate island but a single system that talks to the rest of the business.

Does the assistant work in multiple languages?

Yes. The system is built multilingually; a customer gets a reply in whatever language they write in, and a single assistant can handle several languages at once. It is designed for businesses with international clients and for multilingual flows like health tourism and real estate.

How is it different from off-the-shelf WhatsApp bot services?

Off-the-shelf services are usually menu-based and subscription-bound; you set them up and you run them. SilverOps builds the system for you (done-for-you), integrates it into your existing software, and runs on real language understanding. WhatsApp and the voice channel are managed as a single system.

Is there a voice AI assistant too?

Yes. A voice assistant can be built that answers phone calls, responds to questions, books appointments, and hands off to a human when needed. The text (WhatsApp) and voice channels are part of the same system and work from consistent information.

How long does setup take?

It depends on the package scope and the number of systems to connect. A clear timeline is shared in the discovery call. Bringing a single channel live can take days, while multi-system enterprise integrations proceed on a more planned schedule.

Is my data secure? Is it KVKK-compliant?

Systems are built KVKK-compliant, and security is part of the design from the start. When needed, data can be kept on the business's own infrastructure and the assistant's access is constrained to defined operations only. Constraining access and reducing the attack surface is standard practice.

Does my existing website change, or do you build a new one?

Both are possible. An assistant and automation can be added to an existing site, or a custom, multilingual, mobile-first new site can be built. Which path makes more sense is decided in the call, based on your current setup.

Which industries do you work with?

Dental and aesthetic clinics, beauty centers, real estate offices, veterinary clinics, and restaurants, hotels, education, and service businesses, among others, basically any industry heavy on appointments, leads, and customer communication. Industry-specific flows are detailed in the guides.

Do you provide support after setup?

Yes. After the system goes live, maintenance and improvement keep it running. The assistant's answers, flows, and integrations can be updated based on the business's feedback.
